Request more infoProduct Features
- Black annealed wire adopts high-temperature annealing treatment, featuring soft texture and good flexibility.
- The wire surface is smooth with uniform diameter and no burrs.
- Good ductility and toughness, not easy to break during repeated bending and twisting.
- Stable physical performance, no brittle fracture in low-temperature environment.
- Uniform softness of each coil, consistent tension and easy manual operation.
- Clean surface without oil pollution, convenient for processing and binding.
Product Advantages
- After full annealing process, the wire has lower hardness and better flexibility than ordinary iron wire.
- High tensile uniformity, stable quality and high pass rate.
- No rust spots on the surface, neat black oxidation layer for anti-oxidation protection.
- Low cost and high cost performance, suitable for large-scale engineering binding.
- Easy to cut, twist and bend, greatly improving construction efficiency.
- Multiple specifications and grades meet different binding and weaving requirements.
Product Benefits
- Soft wire body will not hurt workers’ hands during construction.
- Stable toughness reduces wire breakage rate and saves material cost.
- Neat black appearance is suitable for invisible binding of construction projects.
- Light weight and easy transportation, suitable for bulk project procurement.
- Reliable binding force ensures firm fixing of steel bars and mesh.
- Versatile specifications adapt to different construction and handicraft scenes.

Common Product Types
Made of high-purity Q195 low carbon steel material, with better toughness, higher ductility and more stable softness. It is the standard grade for large construction steel bar binding, industrial weaving and long-term engineering use.
Application Scope
- Construction steel bar binding and building engineering fixing.
- Daily hardware binding, packaging bundling and commodity fixing.
- Handicraft weaving, metal craft modeling and wire art production.
- Decoration engineering wire fixing and pipeline binding.
- Agricultural binding, garden branch fixing and farm packaging.
- Textile industry warp and weft fixing and daily flexible binding work.
Comparison With Other Products
- VS Galvanized Wire. Black annealed wire is softer and cheaper; galvanized wire has better anti-rust performance but higher hardness and cost.
- VS PVC Coated Wire. Black annealed wire has stronger toughness and easier twisting operation; PVC wire is insulated and anti-corrosive but not suitable for heavy twisting binding.
- VS Hard Iron Wire. Black annealed wire is fully softened, not easy to break when bending; hard wire is stiff and easy to crack during repeated processing.
- VS Recycled Iron Wire. Q195 black annealed wire has uniform texture and stable tension; recycled wire has unstable hardness and high breakage rate.
Precautions For Use
- Black annealed wire has no anti-rust coating, please store it in dry and ventilated warehouse.
- Avoid long-term exposure to rain and humid air to prevent surface oxidation rust.
- Do not apply excessive instant pulling force to avoid wire breakage at thin diameter points.
- Choose 200G/500G small coils for daily small work, and Q195 grade for large engineering projects.
- Keep the wire coil neat during use to prevent knotting and disorder.
- Not recommended for long-term outdoor exposed use without protective measures.
